Your child’s development and learning are important factors to you. But we know that the safety, security, and the health of your child trumps everything else. We also know that these three things are crucial to their overall development and learning. That’s why we take health and safety seriously. Here are just some aspects that we consider at Laugh & Learn:
Security
Laugh & Learn’s premises are secured so that only authorized staff, educators, and families may enter. Each registered family is given a key fob to access the premises.
Our playground is also safe and secure to ensure that children can enjoy outdoor play safely.
Authorization
Other than yourself, only authorized persons are allowed to pick up your child as indicated in your child’s registration package.
Sanitization
All of Laugh & Learn’s toys and equipment are sanitized throughout the day with non-toxic cleaning products that are locked away for safety. While some centre choose to sanitize after hours, or on the weekend, we know the importance of keeping our learning environment clean and safe.
Administration of Medications
Laugh & Learn has strict policies for administering medication to your child to ensure they are protected and safe.
Emergencies
All staff members, educators, volunteers, and students are familiar with Laugh & Learn’s evacuation procedure should there ever be an emergency. But we don’t just plan and prepare… we conduct regular drills to reinforce the required emergency procedures.
